Relationship coaching is an effective way to get from where you are, to where you want to be. Whether you’re in a less than fulfilling relationship or can’t remember the last time you had a relationship, relationship coaching will help you turn the relationship of your dreams into a reality.
My coaching is structured around the Conscious Dating program. It’s a 12 week program designed to teach you how to balance your heart with you head. You’ll discover what you absolutely need in a relationship and how to get it. You’ll also uncover hidden patterns and beliefs that are preventing you from finding the love of your life. This process of discovery is facilitated by written “homework” that you will be expected to complete. The length of the Conscious Dating program may vary. Sometimes people need more than 12 weeks, sometimes less. Please keep in mind that the structure of this program is highly flexible, meaning each session will be determined by what you are feeling that day and what you want to focus on.
How is coaching different than therapy? There are significant and sometimes contrasting differences between therapy and coaching, and these differences in and of themselves better highlight the strengths of coaching.
